Refund & Return Policy – Urban Drops

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. A valid proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at urbandrops.official@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including personal care products, perishable goods, and items purchased on sale.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
